The MySmile App is easy to use. After you’ve logged in using your SmileNumber/Username and Password, you can: • Recharge Airtime, Data, and Voice service; • Share Airtime and Data; • Redeem Vouchers by entering the PIN of your Smile Voucher; • Check balances of Airtime, Data and Voice services); • View your History Purchases, Usage and Share activities of Airtime, Data and Voice services, for three months; • View and manage all the SmileNumbers in your profile; • Chat to a customer care agent; • Contact customer care with one click; • Stay in touch via social media platforms; and • Reset your password.

The MySmile App is a FREE App. The only cost you will incur is the data used to download the MySmile App to your mobile phone.

The MySmile App can be used on Android and iOS devices and is available on your App store. Click on the Google Play Store or App Store links on the MySmile App page download the App on your mobile.

You can get the MySmile App on Google Play or App Store. Just search for the MySmile App, download, and install. Follow the prompts to Sign in or Register. The MySmile App is a FREE App available to Smile customers. If you have already registered in the MySmile Portal, please use these credentials (SmileNumber/Username and Password) to log into the MySmile App. If you’ve never registered on the MySmile Portal, you can register on the MySmile App using your SmileNumber or Username and saving a Password. If you’ve already registered on the MySmile Portal, please follow these steps: • Download the App from the respective device store, and install the App on your mobile; • Open the App; • Enter your SmileNumber/Username and Password and click on SIGN IN; • You will be directed to the HOME screen of the App. For first-time users that have not logged into the MySmile Portal, please follow the steps below: • Download and install the MySmile App from the respective device store on your mobile; • Open the App; • Click on “Register”; • Enter your SmileNumber/Username, which was sent to you via email when you joined Smile. If you are unsure of your SmileNumber or Username, please contact Smile Customer Care on 0702 444 4444 for assistance; • After you’ve entered your SmileNumber or Username, select a Password that you will remember, and enter it; • Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; • Click SUBMIT to continue; • Enter your Registered Mobile Number (GSM number) to receive a 6-digit OTP; • Enter the OTP sent to your Registered Mobile Number and click VERIFY; • You will now be registered and re-directed to the Home screen of the MySmile App.

If you've already logged into the MySmile Portal, use the same credentials to sign into the MySmile App. If not, then registering on the MySmile App is easy, just follow the prompts. Enter your Smile Username or SmileNumber (sent to you via email when you joined Smile). Enter a password you want to use to sign in. Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and click on CONTINUE. We will verify your details by sending an OTP to your registered mobile number and registered Email address. Enter this OTP to proceed, and you are done. If you experience any difficulty, chat with a customer care agent on webchat or call us on 0702 444 4444, for assistance.

For first-time users that have not signed into the MySmile Portal, please follow the steps below: • Download and install the MySmile App from the respective device store on your mobile; • Open the App; • Click on "Register"; • Enter your SmileNumber/Username, which was sent to you via email when you joined Smile. USSD; Unstructured Supplementary Service Data, enables Smile customers to access and manage their account using their mobile phones without using data and by simply dialing *4504#. The service is convenient, fast, secure and will always be available at any time of the day.

The Smile USSD service is available to customers of 9mobile, Glo, and MTN, and will be available on Airtel in the near future.

The following services are currently available through the Smile USSD service: • Redeeming of Airtime vouchers; • Purchasing Airtime; • Checking balances; • Updating NIN. More services will become available on a continued basis.

Simply dial *4504# from your 9Mobile, Glo or MTN phone to access the Smile USSD service. Remember you don't need data credit to use this service, it is absolutely FREE.

You can use any mobile phone, smartphone, or feature phone, as long as you are an MTN, 9Mobile, or Glo customer. This service will be available to Airtel customers in the near future.

Yes, the Smile USSD service is absolutely FREE. You do not need any data to access this service.

Yes, on first use, you will be required to create a 4-digit PIN which will be used to secure your USSD profile. Subsequently, all Smile customers that have enrolled on the USSD Service (*4504#) and created a 4-digit PIN can use the service.
