Can I share my data and airtime amongst my family and friends?
You can only share Airtime and Data between the SmileNumbers linked to your account, within your profile.
What is the minimum amount of Data I can share between my SmileNumbers?
There is no minimum amount of data to share. In the Smile Voice & SelfCare App or MySmile Portal you can select a quick pick amount of data to share between SmileNumbers in your profile, or enter the amount of data you wish to share.
How do I share Data?
To share Data log into the Smile Voice & SelfCare App or MySmile Portal using your Smile credentials, and click on the Share button. Then select the SmileNumber in your profile you want to share the data to, as well as the amount of data you want to share. You will see a confirmation message that the data was shared successfully. You can also go to Balances in the Smile Voice & SelfCare App or MySmile Portal to view the data credit in the SmileNumber you shared to.
Why do I have to login to share airtime or data?
You will be required to sign into the Smile Voice & SelfCare App or MySmile Portal to share airtime and data for security reasons. We want to ensure that we keep your data and airtime safe.
How do I share Airtime?
To share Airtime between SmileNumbers linked to your account, log into the Smile Voice & SelfCare App or MySmile Portal, using your SmileNumber/Username and Password. Then click on the share icon and select Airtime, as well as the linked SmileNumber in your profile. You will receive a confirmation message that Airtime was shared successfully. You can also go to Balances after sharing to view the Airtime balance in the SmileNumber you shared to.
What is the minimum amount of Airtime I can share between my SmileNumbers?
There is no minimum amount of Airtime to share between SmileNumbers. You can select a quick pick amount using the Smile Voice & SelfCare App or MySmile Portal, or enter your own amount to share.
