At the moment delivery of online purchases is not allowed under the NCC regulations. Please select a store of your choice to pick up your new device. We will let you know via email when your device is ready for collection.
How quickly will I get my new device?
Your new device should be available at the selected store for pick-up within 48 hours at the longest. We will keep you informed via email when your device has arrived at your selected store. Please remember to bring along all the information required to successfully complete your KYC.
Where can I buy Smile products?
You can buy Smile products online at smile.com.ng and select your device from your nearest Certified Smile shop. We will keep you informed after you placed your online, when you can collect it from the Smile shop you selected.
How can I pay for a Smile device?
When you shop online you can pay for your Smile device online or you can select to pay for your device at the Smile shop, upon collection of your device.
